Maintain and update all company policy, procedures, and process documents to ensure that company administrative needs are met.
Groups documents into appropriate batches and prepares documents for scanning.
Convert all documents from paper to electronic media and vice versa, to ensure that relevant documents are available in requested forms, when appropriate.
Identify type and category of document for imaging and enters document into appropriate database.
Index documents and enter metadata according to document properties.
File and retrieve documents within a DMS system.
Respond to requests for files by locating and retrieving them, sending or delivering it to the requester, and documenting the transaction.
Maintain an inventory of all document movement from one person or department to another to ensure that all documents are tracked and accounted for effectively.
Maintain log and prepare reports on document status.
